Curbside Recycling Service For HTS Customers

Howie's Trash Service residential customers now have the option for curbside recycling service. Use a HTS container (provided) to store all recylables (see list below). No bagging, no sorting, no limit!

Convenient, Time-Saving Details

No sorting required
No bags—all items must be loose in a container
No limit on the number of recycling containers to pick up (one must be an HTS container all others must be easily identifiable)
Recycling picked up the 2nd and 4th week of the month on regular trash day.
All materials accepted at the recycling center included EXCEPT GLASS. See list of accepted materials below.

Accepted Recyclable Materials
#1 plastic - remove lids #2 plastic - remove lids tin cans aluminum cans telephone books magazines	mixed paper newspaper cardboard NO GLASS CAN BE ACCEPTED CURBSIDE. ALL GLASS MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE RECYCLING CENTER.

Curbside Recycling Cost

$8* monthly service fee (only $7/month if using auto pay)
$10 initial sign-up fee (includes one reusable HTS container)
Additional containers may be requested at a cost of $2 per month

*Residential trash service required

Curbside Recycling for Commercial Customers

Curbside recycling is also available for commercial accounts. $30/month (2 yd every other week service) OR $50/month (2 yd weekly service). Individual bid required if more than one container is involved.
